A Word on Mutual Force, I believe everyone should do Mutual Force. This way the trade gets going fast and its not all about just ONE person putting in all the effort. Wheather your asking for a trade or someone is asking you, be courtious and do a mutual force, dont be a greedy cock stain and say to someone that THEY have to send cause THEY asked for the trade, If your like that put a gun to your head and pull the trigger and the world willbe a better place.

I like to force usually 5-10 ph, I know to some this may sound silly, but it is great for prod. Also PERMS are Great for Prod.
