Oh! I haven't changed since high school and suddenly I am uncool
|
![]() There is a particular site that was discussed on this board with regards to hundreds of my images being pirated and used for profit. Well, this site continues to infringe with hundreds more of my pictures and an attorney wrote to me offering help. Someone had mentioned on a message board that they knew of an attorney that would charge a percentage only if settlement is reached. I cannot find that email! Does anyone know who that might be?
Thanks so much! Linda

A woman is like beer. They look good, they smell good, and you'd step over your own mother just to get one!

Pirating...
Linda..
If the pirate/thief is hosted in the States you don't need to spend money on lawyers.. All you need to do is send a DMCA notice to the webmaster, host and avs/cc processor. I have this page on line to help webmasters who have a problem: www.indianpornlords.net/digitalact.html I explain what you have to do on that page, so just download it and change the info to suit your situation. I had to send out three DMCA's around Xmas and one site was only allowed back in busines last week ! Good luck ![]() |
