Need some LL help

When you start a new link list and add free sites provided by sponsors, how do you mix them up so they don't end up following each other, I mean, a lot of the free sites from sponsors look alike. I hope to add some clean free sites from board members also, but how do I mix them up?

I hope this makes sense. I really do not want to add them one by one.

Also, who has free sites, please let me know here or PM me and I will add them (if interested).

This will be a brand new LL, and I do not want to say anything more until is functional and I clear the announcement with Greenie

Don't know exactly what you mean by "mix them up" but you can get a lot of freesites from http://www.hfslinks.com maybe "mix those up"

If you're talking about mixing different sponsors free sites with sumbitted free sites so you don't end up with something like

http://sponsor1.com
http://sponsor1.com
http://sponsor2.com
http://sponsor2.com
http://sponsor2.com
http://freesite.com
http://freesite.com
http://freesite.com

That depends on your LL script. I use the add date field to mix that kind of stuff up. My listings are sorted by date, and I can change it to whatever I need to make the sites appear wherever I want.

One more question, (If anyone reads this post) - How many links per category should I start with? I don't want to have all the sponsors sites on there all at once, do I? Until I start getting submissions I will have to add some sites myself, how often should I update in the beginning?

Well I guess it is more than one question

So nobody besides Fonz, wants to have their clean sites listed?

Hey Tek,

Try a search for "clean freesites" or similar. I asked a while back and several people here have lists or sites of their clean freesites.

A few are broken in to categories and each have 200 or 300 sites.

I think ladydesigner has such a site.

Searched and not much luck, too many threads that are not relevant.
