If a LL doesn't have a webcam category, is it common to submit it to amateurs?

That sounds reasonable to me if they are amateurs on webcam
 We have webcam traffic tho! Certified Cams

Sickkittens - that's probably a safe bet with amateurs, but you may also want to try & put them into a niche specific category as well - if I didn't have the webcam category, I'd probably let you submit couples to "sex", lesbians to "girlgirl", blondes to "blondes" etc
