The first thing I see is

No way jose. I'm not turning on jscript to activate flash unless you give me a good reason. Too much evil shit uses jscript and it slows down my computer.

IOW, put up some shit that doesnt require jsript on top of your page first. I use ars <iframe> ads and locally hosted php banner rotations.

I didnt feel the need to click anything. I looked at the pics and thats it. You arent telling me anything. No text, no selling. What is the site about, what do I get, and so on.

You really need to follow nate's advice.

Graphics are great. Models are of good quality. Other than that, the site lacks body. Don't think that your surfers are as web savvy and tech savvy as all the webmasters on here. Many are fucking stupid, they need to be told "Click Here to See My Tits", and then "Put your credit card number here to see my ass!". Setup a sitemap that the surfer can use. Guide them to the join page, setup a 4-5 page tour with a link to the join page on each tour page, each tour page describing a different benefit, instead of just a flash gallery of pics with no text, Plus, what if they don't have Flash or don't want to use it? Then you're fucked. You list the member features but they aren't clickable. Link those to a whole page that describes the feature in more details.

Porn is abundant and cheap for the average surfer, can you compete with the big sites that offer 6 billion clips, 4 trillion pics, live chat, a 24/7 maid to lick your balls, 10 Ferraris, and a free country to call your own? Probably not. So use the one thing that the surfers can't find anywhere else, your exclusive content. If your girls are exclusive then there is noone to compete with in that respect. That is why so many pantyhose/amateur solo-girl sites do so well, because that is the only place to get pics of that girl, right? I know, I ran quite a few of them. A couple of them made an absolute killing, but then had kids and didn't want to continue their porn career.

That's my two cents anyway, what the hell was the question again?

Most of all, text, you need some text on the site. Right away also, you need to have a welcome message, i.e. "Hi, welcome to cravemyballsack.com, this site has everything you could ever want liek: a.b.c. and so on."

As said problem #1 is the first page. I did not even go past that. Something needs to be shown to people with javascript off. There needs to at least be a clear link. Preferably some PG13 content as well to entice the surfer to click besides the js/flash stuff. I run Firefox with Noscript and your page looks very bad with javascript disabled. Disable yours just to test and see for yourself.
