I continue to have a head cold that gets just a little bit better everyday. At this rate, I'll be fine in about 2 weeks. Time to suck it up, I guess.

Day 1, back from vacation usually means sorting and organizing through all the stuff that has accumulated in the last couple of weeks so that is what I will be doing today.

Just got back from the Dr's about my nose problem. Let's just say that those warning labels on nose sprays are there for a reason. If you use too much, you will burn a hole in your nose

Other than that loveliness, it's work for me.

Spent a lot of time working on getting my garden and green house ready yesterday, so today its back to work. Spring is here, and we are trying to get as much done in the few days before we have hotter than hell summer.

Absolutely true, they're somewhat addictive too, meaning it's harder to breathe without them when you quit. Saline spray helps with that, it's just salt water with no chemicals but it clears your schnozz temporarily.

Neti Pot works wonders for me whenever I start having sinus issues and it is non addictive.

Thanks for the link Cleo, very interesting.

I also do a the neti-pot twice a day as prescribed by my allergist. Once in the morning and once before bed. Knock on wood but I havent had a sinus infection since I started using it.
