I don't run many extensions but here are a few that I think are useful.

Not an extension but something that is really helpful if turned on in Safari's preferences is the Developer's menu.

I do use the Develop menu items in Safari but I don't have any extensions installed in this browser. I use SEOquake in Firefox though.

Stopped using Safari on my Mac a while ago in favor of Seamonkey, found it to be a bit 'blah'. Can't remember the extensions I used but they never seemed to function well. Trying to find a browser replacement for my iPhone.

I turned all my Safari extensions off because it was really slowing it down, I was using Web Developer, Evernote and Last Pass a Google Page Rank one and a Yahoo one (can't remember which)
