				 | oh yeah, sometime explain to me how you select out bad links for deletion in linkadmin - some kind of database sort based on domainname in the links? |

| The Original Greenguy (Est'd 1996) & AVN HOF Member - I Crop Pics For Thumbs In My Sleep | Let's say a domain is dead & you need to delete all the links in the db on that domain.  You can either: 1 - Search the domain in Accepted Links in the admin & delete them 10 at a time 2 - Download the data.AcceptedLinks.txt file, open it in Excel, sort the entire contents* by Column D & then delete the entire line for each bad link * Due to some potential empty columns, if you just click "Sort" it may only sort some of the columns & not all of them, causing numerous problems when you go back & sort it again. Are you asking this? |

				 | The second approach basically - after asking I ran thru the process in my imagination, knowing what output xenu gives you, and decided I had a pretty good idea of how it must be done. When I try it I may have more questions. |
