Not that matters much but here's a heads up. My wife and I are away starting Friday for the Labour Day long weekend here in Canada. (Same holiday in the US but they misspell it and forget the "u".) So, no access to a scale. My weigh in this weekend will be on Tuesday after I've eaten a whole bunch of things I shouldn't have.

Not bad considering I paid no attention to the caloric value of anything I ate this weekend. I did bike 20k (12 miles) though!

Never freaking fails. I have been trying to be good all week. This morning I remember that it is my daughter's mom's birthday.
So, I call her up to say Happy Birthday, she ends up coming over and she, my wife and I end up going to an Italian restaurant for dinner and I completely forget all about the fact that I haven't weighed myself and taken my picture yet. |
