Is there a limit on number of recip links?

I was doing a bit of surfing on link lists to learn from free sites already listed and I found one site with 24 recip links on the warning page:

After reading this thread, I got the impression that the max was 6 links and that I had to create multiple copies of the site if I wanted to submit to 40+ link lists.

I think 24 is a bit much, but I use around 15 and it's very clean and it gets accepted most everywhere

I use 18-21. It's how you organize them.

the site that has 24 recips has organized it really well... its clean !

freesites with around 9-18 recips are very common... and they do get accepted... its all about how creative you are when it comes to putting many recips.

I've never done less than 18 recips...and have been doing 21 lately.

I cleaned up the recip table to make them the most organized they could be.

Most anyone could have a really clean 24 recip page with pure text links in a nice css style.

I tend to feel a recip is branding as much as for SE's so I stick to the lists' actual recip.

BTW, that is a nice clean site you have, Pornseek. Often, simple and elegant really is best IMO.
