The web has been playing a little hokey pokey for me all week - I thought it was just being here in the CA desert where we are breaking rainfall records right & left and are flooding everywhere... however - I am hearing from people all over that there are ins and outs from various sites hosted all over the globe.

Growing pains maybe?
