Praise for a sponsor...

Another one of those 'we see threads complaining about sponsors, but I had a real good experience with ---' But it has to be said
Expecting my epassporte payment from TCG, 4 days late and a no show. ICQ's Laura LEE over there, who tells me accounting haven't updated my account from 'check' to 'epassporte'. Well, seeings how my last payment was via epassporte, I couldn't really see how this could be, which I explained.
Laura tells me to hang on a sec while she asks accounts. Less than 60 seconds later she is back to tell me they made an error, and would epassporte the monies due today, then cancel the check, and when the check turns up would I mind sending it back. Not demanding, asking. Needless to say, I replied that wasn't a problem. 3 minutes to sort out a payment problem. That's what I call service

I had a similar thing with AFF the other day. Got my AFF payment via Epassporte, but 2 days later the Alt.com one hadnt arrived. So I hit up support and within 10 minutes it was sorted.

Thats great
It's super nice to hear a word of praise now and then.

The old retail mantra is too true.. you tick off 1 person, they tell 20 friends.. you help 1 person, they have no drama to tell anyone..

So it's awesome to see the thread
