E-Commerce Solution

I'm looking for software (commercial or open source) to run an online store. So far I've found http://www.oscommerce.com/
which looks pretty nice (demo of backend is currently down though).

Script needs to be pretty robust and fairly customizable. Are there any other ecommerce packages out there?
