Lol he is funny
I think you have can some burgers but without fries etc., no carbohydrates I mean only the meat and serve it with a healthy Italian style salad once in a while if it makes it easier for him... just a suggestion. |

heh-heh... I will update in the morning, been running around the last little bit so I haven't been paying enough attention. My house is running on a big generator right now as the power company has uprooted about half the front yard to replace an undergroup transformer. Listening to the diesel generator idling out my window isn't encouraging me to sleep.

Be sure you always have enough fresh fruit and veggies at hand and grab the high fiber fresh raw stuff.. baby carrot, redish, even sauerkraut full of vitamin C and so on.One of my friends who is in wheelchairs due to an accident and was gaining weight fast recently lost 40 kg in 8 or 9 mo. replacing two of his meals with a herbalife shake and other herbalife supplements and was following the proper diet but he could have one normal meal every day. The funny thing is that it is full of soy, dietary fibers, vitamins and minerals so if you take it as a dessert *after* the meals it helps people to recover faster from surgeries etc. I bought it for mom to roborate her and she liked it very much. You have to drink at least 2 l of water a day if youur aim is weightloss... but it works. |

I haven't been a very good boy, overall, eating some really good things like pizza, chicken wings, and such... interestingly though I am not dropping pounds very quickly, my size and shape has changed quite a bit. The last 2 pounds should melt off in a couple of days. Alex |

I once knew this girl, oh it had to be about 10 years ago now that I think about it. She was a bbw when I first met her. I saw her often with the crowd I hung out with at that time. Gradually, we all started to notice that this girl was losing weight. None of us said anything for a long time. As more time passed by, she kept losing the weight. We feared the worst at first because within a period of a few short months, she lost quite a bit of weight (she said she weighed about 180 but we were convinced it was much more than that) and she disappeared for a while.
Not long after that, I was travelling to the US quite a bit in my former field and one day my buddies called me and told me to meet them at a club in downtown Toronto. I arrived of course and after some heavy partying, I noticed this foxy blonde. I started talking to her and she looks at me with a puzzled facial expression and asked, "don't you recognize me?" I shrugged it off and responded with a "should I?" She told me who she was and I almost gagged on my JD & Coke.  Apparently, she went on an exlax diet for 90 days and lost 70 lbs!! She's managed to keep it off ever since and she even stopped taking exlax not too long after that. I dont know if there is a Useless Warrior type moral to my story except that exlax works - in more ways than one

Up late, just wanted to post fast: I got an eye infection has me taking drops and aspirin so I am a little dopey and useless. haven't checked weight but I should in th enext day or so once this stops... gg looking good 1.5 more!
