My server is down for the count

Hi.. My server is down and all i get from them is their answering machines :-( I can't reach them anyway... email gets me a form letter telling me they'll get back to me :-( Techie is not on icq :-( I don't know what to do at this point except stress out :-( I hope this is fixed soon, I'll keep hounding them all day in hopes of getting ahold of someone there. You may want to switch hosting companies.

Hi.. :-) I am switching hosts. Should be finished by about noon today. All my domains, email set up, etc.

It's really too bad because I've been with the old host for almost 4 years now and they were terrific. but..... almost a year ago now the problems started, first small things then no tech support by phone any more, only email. Then no on would answer those emails. Then no one around on weekends. Then router problems on their end, one thing after another and I've had down time 3 times in as many months. This last one was another stupid glitch on their end and my sites were down for over 15 hrs. Unacceptable. I'll miss the familiarity with them and some of the staff that are still there but this simply can't continue.

My new server was also recommended but thanks for the heads up and I'll keep the one you suggested in mind just in case I need yet another change down the line. Hopefully not.

you may want to consider a host which offers Real-time Live Phone/Chat support 24/7/365
