Give me your 'beep' sequence at start-up.
If it goes like di-do-di-do none stop, it mean that your RAM fail

CPU fan still turning/seated well on the CPU?

See if it comes on after it has sat and cooled down for a while.

Your machine run well before installing new memory ?

Verify your memory speed, are they compatible ? Remove all your memory, boot up your machine and you should hear that beep : di-do-di-do-di-do ... ( your Motherboard is saying that you did'nt have memory installed )

If your not earing anything, ( your in deep shit ) see if power goes up ( check led )

If your ear that diag , reinstall your original memory, check if it boot ok

Do it with method : Was good before, now is bad ... what's have be done between ?
Undo fautly move and see if it's better

Hope that's will help
