Hi, i'm confused...

Hi there,

I'm new to Greenguy and Jim and pretty new to the adult industry in general. You seem like a nice bunch though so I thought I'd introduce myself and ask a question or 2

I've been submitting galleries for about 3 months and I'm quite familiar how it works, now I want to start making freesites but it's a bit confusing...

Firstly, how is this site? Any potential problems with it?

The thing that I really don't get it the directory structure if I am submitting to several link lists, I have used the search function and read a few posts about it but everyone seems to give a different opinion.

For the above freesite for example I would like to use mirrors with the paths as follows..

each of these index.htm would link back a directory to

I know everyone seems to have different ideas about this and you will all give different answer but are there any directory structures that i really should avoid?

Sorry to start a new thread on this as I realise you already have a few of them around but I must just be a bit slow as I really don't understand the "correct" way of doing in.

I can understand how confusing this is, but since everyone seems to ask the same thing lately, maybe this will help

try this...

replacing the keyword with whatever you want
Repeat as necessary for each index page you want to do

Put an index, main & both galleries into each folder. Put your pics/images here

no one seems to have a problem with this type of structure. The html pages don't take up too much room and this way your sites aren't jumping all over the place. Everyone gets an index page, & it's easy to keep track of.

The only problem I guess is apparently google doesn't like all the duplicate pages, but I optimize as much as possible & don't really expect a whole lot of PR off a freesite anyway.

If anyone has any objections to this, I'm sure they'll let us know

oh, and about your site...

the sponsor doesn't seem to want to load for me, but your exit link goes there. It's a no-no to have that go to an adult site.

You may want to put gallery 1/gallery 2 in text on your main page to make it clearer where the free pics are.

The galleries look nice, but I think they're vid caps? If so, make sure you check the rules at each LL because some of them won't accept that.

sorry for the verbal spewage, I just had a couple of minutes free before I have to run lol

oh, btw, if you fix the first 2 problems, I'd list it

Ponygirl seems to have caught everything, I think. If you follow her advice I'd list your site if it had my recip on it. Welcome to GG&J.

oh one question...

when you say .../coedkitty/keyword

am I ok with, for example,

.../coedkitty/blonde1
.../coedkitty/blonde2
.../coedkitty/blonde3

or does it have to be a different keyword for each, eg,

.../coedkitty/blonde/
.../coedkitty/babe/
.../coedkitty/sexy/

main reason I ask is because I use Advanced Submitter to sort my recips out and submit (don't worry I don't autosubmit!) and I don't think it can handle seperate keywords.

If you're building tons of mirror directories, it won't matter too much what keywords you use in your URL, since only a few of your htmls will get listed as a unique page in SEs anyway.

BTW, /freesites/ coedkitty/ keyword1/ is three directories deep. Assuming the domain is going to be used mostly for free sites, I'd put my primary index.html at zzz.com/coedkitty/index.html.
