blacklist for Gossamer Links 3.0.4

oke is there someone around who knows if there is an blacklist thing for that script?

I don't have 3.0 but in the admin check under "setup" at the top, and "misc options" on the site.

there is a plugin called "Block_Domains" look in plugin manager download list
