I have noticed so many split categories among the link list with categories that very easily crossover each other.

EXAMPLE: Reality

Now say for example you were promoting a site like www.gangbangsquad.com

Is this submitted under group, interracial, reality, or what?

MILF hunter - MILF or reality?

This reality category - how do you guys treat it?

What category would you submit this site under?

www.teensforcash.com

It really depends on the category that fits the free site content best. If the content could fit multiple categories (like your interracial MILF gangbang), I recommend selecting the category that best fits the sponsor. If the content AND the sponsor (like gangbangsquad) could fit multiple categories, then it's up to you

Feel free to experiment with different categories to see where you can get the best sales. As long as the content actually fits the category you're submitting to, category selection won't cause you any problems getting listed.

When I get in that situation, I look at what I am trying to target, and what the goals are for the site. Usually, the most narrow the niche, the more likely the traffic is a buyer. If you can get a "fat MILF playing with toys" niche listing for your free site promoting "bbw-milf-toy-world.org" then you really got something!

When in doubt, do the following:

Build a handful of sites promoting the same sponsor. Over a few days, submit some of them to MILF, some of them to MATURE, and some of them to REALITY. Watch where you get your traffic and sales from, and then target away. You have to measure before you can be sure!

Most link sites won't care as long as the site matches the cat. As an example, I have one submitter (who I think posts here at times) that has a tone of big tits material. In order to avoid overloading the big tits section, I sometimes move the submits to other categories that match the content, just to keep things balanced. So a big tit girl getting a cum facial might endup in cumshots instead of big tits that day. Either would be correct, and sometimes adjustments need to be made.

Alex I'm not jumping you here, but maybe you can clear this up for me as it's morning and maybe my brain is reading this wrong. 1st you state test the cats, and which works best for you in targeted traffic. Then you go on to say you move the submitters site to a differant cat. If the cat they submitted to is getting them the best traffic would'nt that rub a submitter the wrong way? WHen you say balanced are you saying balanced for your surfers as in they have a somewhat equal amount of listings on each cat or balanced for the submitter and trying to help them out more with a cat you see more traffic going to?

As a link site owner, if I feel someone is overcrowding a category (in the case I am talking, my bigtits currently shows 333 accepted free sites,this person has submitted around 65-70 sites to big tits), I will attempt to relocate newer submits. Very few link lists will allow any one submitter to overwhelm a category - especially if you are promoting only one or two sites with all of those listings.

I approached the submitter by mail, and the submitter said "but my content is only big tits content". Although the girls are busty, some of the sites show lesbians, oral sex, anal, pornstar, and even voyeuristic stuff. I really feel that it will help him get stuff seen by more surfers by appears in other categories, and will help me keep my site balanced.

Makes sense. Just got confused on the post, was not sure if you were stating that it did not matter about the submitter. If you saw a need to fill up one of your cats you would just move it. But thats allot clearer and IMHO very cool of you.

As for me - the category you submit site should be the same as general category for paysite that you promote on your free sites.

For example GangBangSquad is a gang bang site first of all.
