I think this is the reason you don't have kids in your 40s...I think it would kill me.

Morning All

Another crazy day here or maybe just a nice peaceful one, too soon to tell yet.

Had a nice dinner with my neighbor and a few other friends and then the phone calls started from one of his ex girls to both of us late into the night.

Going to the home garden show up the street from me today. Other then that just some errands to run, a little work to do, and a few things to take care of.

Espresso and porn is now being served.

Guess I should say, Afternoon All.

Worked on my link lists some, then started sponge painting the extra colors in the bathroom. I like that part, I get to go all artistic and everything. I'm just letting the paint dry, so I can see how many more veins of gold and brown to add. Not sure how many colors I'll end up with, our livingroom we ended up with 5 colors by the time we were done.

Cold here and overcast. They got snow all around me in town, but none on our lot, just some drizzly rain. The windchill has it down to the mid 30's. Every time I run to the garage for more paint or tools I freeze. Still calling for a 50% chance of snow today, so still have a shot at a dusting.

Quite a power outage up in upstate NY it seems. I hope there are not any foolish people using space heaters indoors....every year too many people die of carbon monoxide poisoning

Hope you all had a good weekend. Shitty monday morning for me. We have both cars fucked up at the moment. One we were about take to get repaired and then sell it (it leaks power steering fluid like a bitch) and the other just started pouring water out from under the engine :| I am terrified what the hell that could be. So now instead of taking the one I thought in it will be that. Thats number one job today. Also my house looks like it has been through one of the hurricanes lol. So thats number two job. Maybe I will get some work done to pay for the cars as well!
Went fishing again yesterday but only got 5 that were too small... bream, moses perch and a flathead. But it was a nice day in the mud surrounded by march flies

I agree with you Jim! Now that my daughter and grandson have moved out I get him three times a week. I'm so used to her being here to help take care of him. I had him sat and most of today and he wore my ass out. He left at three and I was asleep at 3:15

I could not raise another one in my 40's I know it would kill me and I only have one grandchild!!

I agree Sue and Jim! We have considered having another because our two kids are actually my two and I often think it would be nice for Punani to get to have one of his own. Then I get my nephew over and realise I do not have the patience I had in my 20's. And I am only 35 lol. There are women now have babies in their 50's
