Suggestions for New Blog Directory

Got my new blog directory almost finished but I'm really unhappy with the left side of the directory and could use some constructive criticism on what I could do with it.

The Walrus's XXX Blog Index. Seriously, I've done a few different things and it just hasn't panned out.

I see what you mean..I'd say put different sized buttons/odd up there...need to break it up because it is too uniform and dress-right-dress. Also, separate the Misha and Erica banners...pink and red only go together in mid-February LOL

Went with a single tower from a different niche. Looks better but still not exactly what I had in mind. At least is't static so I got rid of all that blinking shit. Guess I'll have to keep thinking on it

You don't have enuff blogs in there walrus. Go find a few and dump em in yourself, then go and ask for submits on the boards. Webmasters won't dump to a sparse list. Then you'll get the linkbacks and your ball should rock and roll!

When i hear something out of my speaker i always close it, especially when i just played my favorite mp3. Uuh, aahh, played with volume on high isn't nice, especially when you are a surfer and your wife is reading a book in the next room.

The mini .mpgs are a new thing and aren't supposed to auto-play. I hate sound too and since the autoplay thing isn't working as expected...off they go!
