Anyone know excel?

I'm trying to randomize my rows. I have downloaded all my sponsers links and sorted them by cats. But my problem is I don't want to have, say the first 100 links in my cats go to one sponser. Anyone know how to randomize the rows for excel? Im looking around and all I'm finding is random number generation.

One more nice thing about doing it that way...

The RAND function in Excel will give you a new sort each time you ask for it.

Insert the function, fill down, select the area for sorting and sort. Now look at the new list. Don't like the 'randomness' enough yet? If you haven't deselected the sorted area, just choose "Sort..." again and you get a fresh reordering. Repeat until you like your list.
