There is a built in plug in the admin area of wp for a stick foot. I'm sure if you searched the plugins you will find a plugin that will fityour needs. If you have any questions contact me. Contact me and I'll get you in touch with a guy who writes all kinds of scripts for wp, he'll be able to point you to where you need to go.
Edit: Duh, its called adhesive, lets you put stickies in, lol what a retard i am.
