index freesite linking question

Lets say I have a freesite on www.mysite.com/pics23/ and on that site on the index page I have a enter link that leads to www.mysite.com/pics/main.html
Do Linklist care if I link it that way?

Some do, personally I did care in the past but don't anymore.
Best thing you can do to keep everyone satisfied is copy your html files to every folder but keep your JPG files in one directory.
