I found sponsor with shemale cartoon content. Only shemales, nothing else.
Can I submit free sites with shemale toons in SHEMALE category?

If it's only cartoon content, I'd only list it in the toons category.

Same here. When content is in the form of a "toon" I would only list it in a toons category.
