How long does it usually take to get a reply?

Awhile ago I was officially blacklisted (http://bl.usefulscripts.com/blocked/). A week ago I sent an appeal for my domains to be removed from blacklist but until now I received no reply. I was just wondering how long does it usually take to get a reply.
