Anyone know how the hell I contact Google about gMail? It is a very serious matter and I want to get in touch with them URGENTLY (it is in regard to their service being used for child sex abuse).

Sorry, I forgot to come back and thank you for this info. I had intended to do so and tell you of the result, but Google took so damn long to reply that I forgot that I had not thanked you.

I have to say I am very dissatisfied with both Google and Yahoo. I found a guy advertising that he would 'make to order' videos of him sexually abusing pre-teens, and since he was using Yahoo and Google mail addresses to cover his tracks I contacted them both. Yahoo's attitude was "He did not advertise by email, and we are only interested in complaints about mail sent from out service. If the client does not actually spam, then we don't care what he uses our mailboxes for." Google were slightly better, the first few contacts I got from them were "not our department, nothing to do with us, go away". I did eventually get a department who appeared interested. However the reply was a form letter, and it was along the lines of "Sorry you were bothered by spam, we will look into it", so I don't know if they actually intend to do anything about it, as the person who replied had obviously not read my email properly.

"Bothered by spam"???? What fucking assholes. As for the scumbag advertising that crap - A well placed round downrange would be perfect justice.

If Google won't do anything, contact the FBI and let THEM contact Google.

The problem is that you have to know which country they are is before you can report them to the police. The FBI have no powers (or interest) outside the USA. Google/Yahoo will be able to tell which country the arsehole signed up from (they record IPs), so can report them to the correct police authority. I do not have that info.
