Great to see everyone working for the "loosing weight thing"

, i will post my next pic this weekend sunday, to be honest i havent weighted yet in some days, i am just to busy with redecorating the house (whitening the seeling, painting the doors etc etc) and doing my other "taking care of kids and cleaning the house, and doing that fucking huge laundry thing", my only hope is that moving my butt this much (because i maybe sit on my butt one hour a day) will show on that scale this sunday, and i will make it a special picture! The rest of you keep it going!!!

A week, and running every day but one, and I appear to have gained two pounds - scale says 296.

Fuck.

Hopefully next week will be better. More calorie control needed.

Most of the carbonated water has a lot of salts in it (notice the plural). Soda usually means the sugary carbonated stuff we Americans are so hooked on. Even the diet stuff here is not that great for you from all the latest stuff that is coming out.

I think a key is to look at how much Sodium and if given chlorides are listed on the label. If the weight loss is slow, back off the carbonation and up the clean water. I know in some parts of the world that is tough!! (writes a note to herself to ask her Polish ex about Mateusz' area.) For Americans, it also means to watch anything packaged or frozen. Salts are very sneaky!!

Getting good water its not a problem here. We have huge variety of mineral waters including curative ones. Well... I never pay attention and buy the chippest one but maybe I should take a look at the label if it coulp held loosing few kilos
