I need advice and your opinion..is that the same?:)

Oke here is my issue:
One of my bosses (which i work for already for 4+ years) asked me if i wanted to make free sites for him and submitting them also ones in awhile.
Now i havent made a free site in 4 years i believe ( its boring and i am to picky)
Still i was thinking last time to get back in the free sites again only not in daily bases (hell not).
So it will be like this:
-I only use one domain ( for now, if more domains i will post about that!)
-I make the free site,
-i submit it,
-only to 16 linksites,
-the linkbacks will be the index.html (becaus ei will only submit to 16 linksites),
-most of the time it will be movie free sites
-i will use my board name and my real email adress (i have to keep track on those submissions).
-I wont submit everyday and i know the rules, only 1 submit a day.
-Also "NO I WONT USE THE TRUSTED SUBMITTERS ACCOUNDS I HAVE" those are mine, so no worries for the lls who gave me an accound like that.
-the real contact info of the guy i work for is shown at the domain registar.
- site is not hosted on a evil host
_ Oh and yes i trust him, i have too, if someone trust me dealing with his scripts and linksites already for 4 years then i have to trust him...its easy for me to have a "slip of the finger" in his scripts (oke i forget to mention if that will happen i have to hide!)

So my question is: are there linksite owners here who are saying, hell not, you cant submit to me that way? Then tell me i dont mind , but i like to know.
Now hit me with advice and info and opinion (are these 3 words also meaning the same?

One thing I can tell you, those three words have different meanings...

How about you submit under new nick, something like "stuveltje-yourboss" with "stuveltje-yourboss@blabla.com" then there is less confusion.
(I will probably be not on your recip table anyway) but that's how I would do/like to see.
