Not sure if the government can legally target porn on this, anymore than they can block porn at public libraries, etc. It will be interesting to see if they can legally dictate "FREE" speech.
On the other side, will people be automatically classed as pervs if they do use paid internet? Will it become a "slippery slope" where people may not participate in legal activities because they can be identified. ps: VH, there are already restricted ISPs for the morality mongers. |
