What exactly is this person doing?

With the recent changes in SERP I ran through a few terms to check results and on the rather unique term “cumfacts” using this search.

http://www.google.com.au/search?q=cu...UTF-8&safe=off

The URL I arrived at is a bit strange:

http://www.gorolang.com/cgi-bin/smar...ords=cumfetish

It displays a site that seems to have nothing to do with the term but looking at the source I found my URL and terms related to my site.

In fact that is a chunk from my menu bar at the bottom of my site.

I can assume the intention is to get the SERP benefits of my site and this strategy would seem to be working. There are other seeming unrelated URL’s there also.

When I try to look at the domains root and enter I get a similar looking page that does not seem to have the embedded text.

Can anyone explain what this person is doing?

(Last month an owner of creampie paysite actually stole my entire cumfact site almost verbatim so this is nothing)

I have seen that as well, someone is doing that for my smutlinks.net site and is using part of my site in his.

Same here, I've had all the code for my pages stolen and then embedded into a page.

I've also been seeing my pages framed with a bunch of their links. I've added frame breaking code to all my LL pages because of this.
