Google Safebrowser Watchlist from Colo-Cation.com

At one time or another, each of you has probably surfed a website that has come up with the google warning page that the site you are trying to visit might damage their computer. Perhaps Firefox has told you that the site you are visiting is a reported attack site. Even though you spend time monitoring your sites, you might have hundreds of pages that you aren't able to check on a daily basis to find out if a hacker has modified your sites.

If Google crawls your site and finds an exploit, your site is added to the blocklist almost instantly. Once in the blocklist, your site will receive a fraction of the traffic it once had. Chrome, Firefox and many antivirus companies use that blocklist to check sites as surfers try to visit.

If your domain is hosted at colo-cation.com, we already run these checks on a nightly basis. If you are not hosted at colo-cation, we have created a site, safewatch.colo-cation.com where you can sign up and add your domains and we'll monitor your domain list against Google's safebrowser list. This is a FREE service that you can use even if you aren't a client.

We only use the domains you provide us to check them against the blacklist. You won't receive any marketing emails and your email address is completely optional. If you add your email address, you can opt to receive an email notice if one of your domain names is flagged.

Nice service. I was dreading having to write my own script to eventually handle just this, but I'm doubly glad to hear I'm already covered under the colo umbrella.
