Need help with paypal/epass transfer

Someone needs to pay me $125, he has no ePassporte account and I don't have PayPal account and need someone to help me with this transaction. I would appreciate if I can get some help and of course I will cover the fees involved.

I know someone who could help me with this issue but he is not around at this moment.
