I new to this, so please don't think I am stupid. I have a gay membership site and I am also looking for links, but I don't understand your form fields. Please help.

domain: is this just the domain name?
url: I know this
name: Is this my name or my website's name?
email: My email, I know
site title (toplist) What is this? The name of my site?
site description (toplist) What is this? The description of my site?

The (toplist) thing is throwing me a curve.
