Would like some feedback on my new site design

Hey guys...I just had my site redesigned and would like any comments you have to help me in tweaking it!

The new design looks great, did you get it done or do it yourself?

I would say, however, that the new design does load a lot slower than the original you might want to do some smoothing or reduce the size in some other ways to speed it up. Other than that I really liked the layout and the color scheme, smooth, easy to understand and great direction in what you want the surfer to do.
