If I am going to over react I am going to atleast wait to see the final rules so I know what exactly I am over reacting to in the first place.

I have to admit to being a bit uncertain about the retrospective side of this. I have seen some content suppliers take a solid stance that any content/sites produced prior to the 2000 and whatever date in the ruling isn't required to meet thiese rules. Yet, I don't see how you prove that your site was up before the rules or the content ist that old.

It maybe overaction but as a thumb mgp owner I am certainly concerned. Even with the amount of info on messageboards it does seems quite foggy as to the final conclusion.

I wonder if these dipshits really know how much of an impact this is going to have on the economy.

We maybe adult webmasters but first and foremost we are small business owners and our money is as good as the next guy. I dred this new bullshit because my income will surely be drasticly cut off.

we had a post from someone on the ans board why we where not discussing the 2257 rule, my answer, till there is no real desicion i will not freak out, i have the 2257 on my sites if i submit, will the rules change oke, i will change it too, till that time, no reason to freak out. Also a Ll owner asked on the board if she should put on her rules the 2257 have to be on the free site, for real oke i agree but even that can be fake, if people can copie and steal the stuff from others its also easy to steal the 2257 with the pictures, i still have no reason to worried about the 2257. and sure i get hit with :"yeah easy you are a foreign webmistress , even foreign i have my stuff hosted at US host , my bizz is US and i have to deal with that and follow those rules, i am doing this 3 years and i am certainly not freaking out or give up my 3 years work by cheating or not folowing the rules.
