Rule don't applying to the already listed sites.
Also I added small changes to rule mentioned above: Low and average quality pics taken from video caps not allowed. Many sponsors provide low-end video caps as picture conent, we won't accept such sites. We don't prohibit video caps at all, only low & average quality. I know some sponsors providing very good promo videos & screenshots, for example Videosz, etc. Outstanding quality video caps can be accepted.
