I got scrubbed today

Went to Brands Mart to order my new appliances and went to pay for them with a personal check. It got declined by the check checking service. So I then gave them my debit card which also was declined by the same service that declined my personal check. Finally I did get them to take a credit card of mine.

I was giving a number to call to find out why they didn't like my check or debit card but when I called them I was put on hold forever and it isn't like I'll ever be going to Brands Mart, or any other place, to buy 5K worth of stuff ever again.

Kind of ironic that when I buy something that is going to get delivered to my home where I also have to show ID and all that kind of stuff it gets declined yet the Russian Embassy was allowed to order four times this amount on one of my stolen CC numbers a bit over a year ago and I didn't find out until I got the bill.
