I certainly re-use my templates, and I have TGP submitters (and sucessful ones! -judging by the listings they're getting) who submit the same template for well over a year!

I'm one of those submitters. I tweak templates til they get their maximum CTR, and I run with it until the signups slow. When you find a winning combo, why change what works?
