Sounds a little expensive...
I think I found somewhere a deal recently which was $150 (or 175?) for 5 Mbps, but no script support (perfect for galleries), and the going rate with most seems to be ~$75-90 per 1 Mbps Quote:
You mean a CSS? Write your own! Most editors do it now for you, and there are a few online tools around (don't know URLs - sorry).
