I haven't slept well in years. I made a rule -- if I lie awake in bed for more than 15-30 minutes without going back to sleep, I get up and work until I am tired.
Recently I've been working Bankers Hours (10-3) and sleep due to sheer exhaustion. All I want is a few good nights of sleep.
