I dont think I've had any single minute of downtime in 6 months plus. Only slight problem is that the server stats seem to go down every so often and tech support hasnt been that quick in fixing the problem.

I also use Webair, and have been using them for 3 years or so now. I've had the same issues that nottslad brought up, but other than that, they are great.

There is almost always someone available for "Live Help" which is really nice. They have good stats and always get back to me with my questions quickly.
