Some of this will be redundant of what others have said, but here are the reasons that I would reject you.

-No title on pages.
-False enter. (sponsor graphic which reads Click Here To Enter Now on index page)
-Inbalanced recip table.
-Pics are WAY too heavy. You've knocked them down to the bare minimum dimensions, yet they are still range from 100 to 200+ kb's each. Take that down to below 80kb each.

At 800x600 your pages fit just fine without horizontal scoll and I can't tell if they're not centered, so that must appear at higher resolutions.

I know that seems like a lot of reasons for rejection, but you are on the right path.
