Interestingly enough, we found that issue with FF from Paycom. We had just finished designing/coding an amateur network site, submitted to paycom for billing, and they responded that a bunch of our images were broken. Everyone else that browsed the site was fine. Come to find out, they were all using fuckfox

bingo! lol I often forget about that little bugger and build from an old template, etc so I'll try to be even more aware in future builds
