Barton, this is what you can do:

1) Go to any linklist that using this ban reason: bogus whois
2) Select any freesite you like and check out it's domain registrar and hosting company
3) Find the most profitable domain registrar and hosting company and start using it
4) Follow any other linklist rules

But probably it will not help you because while you're doing all this steps your another hosting company and domain registrar can be banned too
