Hey GS I don't want to throw you into a left curve or anything, but http://drupal.org/ is a much better CMS than Mambo (IMHO) I am using it to power http://www.deletedbrain.com/ and http://www.strippedgalleries.net/
Very easy to use... I will admit that I had to get someone to install it for me though as I am not a tech at all. bunky
