Lightspeed - anyone have contact info?

I need to update my payment details but as I am outside the US I get an invalid SSN error - tried the usual, left it blank, entered zero, na n/a, all to no avail. Can't find any contact details except the email they send their stats from, which I tried but haven't heard back in 2 days so I guess it's not an 'incoming' email addy. Rep or if anyone outside the US knows how/what to enter in that field appreciated
