digital2 to answer your question (I think) the only "sales analysis" that has been posted here (to the best of my knowledge) would be those of greenguy. See following link.

Few weeks back I posted a grab of 1 months stats by 1 site/sponsor & over the last few years people have discussed the effects (they they believe) have had occured on their traffic/sales levels during holiday/summer season periods.
