To Tommy's attention: possible cheating

I believe this board is the best way to warn Tommy of Tommy's Bookmark (at least for me). Just a few minutes ago I've got a standard message from tommys-bookmarks.com, but it was definitely not me who submitted this!

I even checked this URL, it goes to 404 and redirect to a main page of this domain in a few seconds.
I cannot tell for sure it's cheating (maybe error), but it looks strange for me.

Could please anybody show this post to Tommy?
I do not know how to attract his attention in any other way.
I can PM more details if necessary.
