If I were you, I'd build two different tours. One for the cum niche and a second pushing the amateur/housewife/swinger angle. I'd also drop the Upstate NY bit completely. You really don't want surfers closing in on you. Amateur housewives are my very favorite, but the overdose of cum-guzzling turns my head. That's why I think you should push each separately.
